RETURNS AND WARRANTY

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code of French law, a right of withdrawal may be exercised, without having to justify reasons, within 7 days of receipt of the command. Item must be unused and in its original condition. The refund will be made on the amount paid on the order excluding shipping costs.

In case of return or exchange, the customer must return the items himself at his own expense and provide proof of return by giving a date, for example a registered letter or delivery against signature.

Dominique DENAIVE jewelry is handcrafted, using elaborate techniques specific to our house, and duplicated in small series. It is an artisan work of resin, a material characterized mainly by its resistance and uniqueness. The jewel must be treated like a ceramic, the possible brutal contact or fall of this one on a solid surface could break it. Dominique DENAIVE items are guaranteed for one year after the date of purchase. This warranty excludes the mistreatment stated above as well as wear and tear. Repairs will be carried out in France, the customer must therefore return the damaged items at his own expense to the address indicated on his invoice.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, the customer must inform the sender by email to contact@denaive.comupon receipt with the order number and a photo of the item. These issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

In the event of reimbursement by Dominique DENAIVE, the customer will be reimbursed to the bank card used during the transaction.
