Dominique DENAIVE jewelry is handcrafted, using elaborate techniques specific to our house, and duplicated in small series. It is an artisan work of resin, a material characterized mainly by its resistance and uniqueness. The jewel must be treated like a ceramic, the possible brutal contact or fall of this one on a solid surface could break it. Dominique DENAIVE items are guaranteed for one year after the date of purchase. This warranty excludes the mistreatment stated above as well as wear and tear. The repairs will be carried out in France, the customer will therefore have to return the damaged items at his own expense.
In the event of reimbursement by Dominique DENAIVE, the customer will be reimbursed to the bank card used during the transaction.
